We offer a competitive compensation package that includes salary, benefits, and the opportunity to share in the company's future success. As part of your total rewards, you will be eligible for an option to purchase shares of Monica + Andy’s common stock, subject to the terms of our incentive plan. This approach is designed to align our team’s contributions with the company’s long-term growth.
About the Role: Monica + Andy is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Wholesale Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day execution and operational workflows for our largest wholesale partners. This is a cross-functional role that serves as the operational engine behind our wholesale success, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness from item setup through sell-thru.
You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end operational process across key wholesale accounts: managing item setup, order management, replenishment planning, routing, data compliance, and performance reporting. This is not a sales/account management role—this is for someone who thrives on logistics, details, deadlines, and process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Item Setup & SKU Management: Own all aspects of item creation and maintenance across Walmart Retail Link, Amazon Vendor Central, and internal systems to ensure readiness for sell-in and replenishment.
- Item/brand page optimizations: Coordinate cross-functionally with Brand, CX, Merchandising, and agency teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across wholesale channels—aligning on creative assets, product storytelling, and retail-specific content to drive conversion and brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Replenishment & Order Management: Monitor sales and inventory to manage replenishment cadence, submit/acknowledge POs, track vendor lead times, and collaborate with internal teams on capacity planning and timelines.
- Routing & Fulfillment Execution: Manage the routing process from order confirmation through shipment, coordinating with our 3PL and ensuring compliance with each retailer’s shipping requirements.
- Compliance & Chargeback Mitigation: Monitor and resolve chargebacks and compliance issues, proactively identifying process improvements to minimize future risk and cost.
- Sell-Thru Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards for inventory flow, gross margin performance, sell-thru, and on-time/in-full delivery metrics. Share weekly operational updates with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Operational Coordination: Partner with merchandising, planning, production, and customer service teams to ensure all aspects of execution—from initial launch to in-season replenishment—are optimized. Process Development: Identify and implement process improvements to scale wholesale operations efficiently, supporting new doors, departments, and product categories as we expand.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of wholesale operations or retail logistics experience at a consumer goods company (apparel, CPG, or similar preferred)
- Experience with Walmart Retail Link and/or Amazon Vendor Central is required; both are a strong plus, deep knowledge of PO workflows, item setup protocols, retailer compliance, and routing logistics
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with inventory reports, fulfillment schedules, and operational KPIs
- Experience managing EDI and working with 3PLs is a plus
- Skilled in both written and interpersonal communication with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- A solutions-oriented individual with a bias toward ownership and execution
